Absolutely. Simply select 'Pick Up' at checkout.

We will only hold your order for 2 business days, once it is ready for Click & Collect. This is due to the nature of what we sell.

Unfortunately, you cannot select a specific time for your delivery to be made, however, rest assured that all orders placed by 10PM will be delivered the next business day.

Orders placed by 10PM are delivered the following business day.

If you cart contains a combination of pre-order and in-stock items, you will not receive your order until your pre-order items are in stock.

To prevent a delay in receiving your order, we recommend you place two separate orders - one for your pre-order items, and one for your in-stock items.

Absolutely! We are all about sustainability at TOOC, and we reusing and upcycling all of our boxes.

Simply keep your boxes outside your front door on the day of your next delivery, and our driver will collect them.

You will be charged an ice-pack fee of $2.5 if your order contains refrigerated/frozen items. This fee is reimbursed by way of store-credit if it is returned to us undamaged on the day of your next delivery.

We deliver to all suburbs in Sydney. Please note that we only deliver to the Northern Beaches, Hornsby Shire Council and Forest District every Tuesday and Wednesday.

We deliver to all other regions within Australia via a third party courier service. Please note that if you are outside of Sydney, we are only able to deliver grocery items excluding fresh produce and products which require refrigeration.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food products. If you have received an item that is not of premium quality, please contact us within 12 hours of your delivery.

We do not accept refunds on the basis of mistakenly ordering an item, misreading an item or purchasing second quality produce.


If an item was missing from your order but still on your invoice, or damaged during transport, you can request a refund or credit by emailing us at orders@theoriginalorganic.com.au.

Please read all product descriptions carefully. We do not offer refunds if you misread a product description. 

Items advertised in our seasonal boxes are not permanent and vary each week according to seasonal availability (unless otherwise stipulated) as per the product descriptions. We cannot offer any refunds on this basis. 

An item will be reasonably substituted unless you type 'no subs' in the checkout. E.g. gala apples instead of pink lady apples.
